10-week course description:

  1. Introduction to Chakras, a dimension of Yoga, Ayurveda and Modern medicine.

  2. Role of Chakras in 2023 – Understanding the functionality & its purpose today with a contemporary outlook keeping in mind the current common ailments seen in society.

  3. Muladhara Chakra – Position, significance & ailments associated with its imbalance. Asanas, pranayama & mudras that aid in correcting the imbalance.

  4. Swadhisthana Chakra – Position, significance & ailments associated with its imbalance. Asanas, pranayama & mudras that aid in correcting the imbalance.

  5. Manipura Chakra – Position, significance & ailments associated with its imbalance. Asanas, pranayama & mudras that correct the imbalances. (50% of current medical problems arise from this chakra).

  6. Anahata Chakra – Position, significance & ailments associated with its imbalance. Asanas, pranayama & mudras to correct the imbalances.

  7. Vishuddhi Chakra – Position, significance & ailments associated with its imbalance. Asanas, pranayama & mudras to correct the imbalances.

  8. Agna Chakra – Position, significance & understanding of higher intuitive abilities. Stage of complete understanding & initiation of Kundalini energy.

  9. Sahasrara Chakra – Position, significance & understanding of higher consciousness. Stage of understanding of higher yogic terms like samadhi & nirvana.

  10. Individual assessment and personalized healing plan, along with guidance for incorporating the same into daily sadhana.
