The Sahila System™ —Integrated Stepwise Approach to Reversing Chronic Disease & Addressing Health Care Gaps in USA.

This system is not about temporary fixes. By integrating clinical medical knowledge with time-tested Yogic healing traditions, the Sahila System™ offers a comprehensive roadmap to restore balance, rebuild resilience, and create sustainable, long-term health.

Who will benefit?

If you are one of the following 5 groups of people, then the Sahila System is meant for you-

  • I exercise consistently and eat what I believe is a healthy diet—so why do my lab reports and scans still come back abnormal?

  • I’ve been living with this chronic condition for months/years, and each visit seems to end with another prescription—yet no real answers.

  • I notice that I feel better when I’m in India, but soon after returning to the U.S., my symptoms flare up again—and I can’t understand why.

  • I’ve been told I have a “benign” condition, but no one can explain how it developed or what truly caused it. I’m left feeling confused on whether organ removal is necessary.

  • I’ve always considered myself healthy. And yet suddenly, things feel like they’re unraveling—my energy is dropping and I can see my health is slowly slipping away.

Pillar 1 -Diagnostic Clarity

Every new client who enters the Sahila System begins with data—not assumptions.

Individuals come with prior blood work, scans, and medical reports. These provide valuable insight into metabolic health, inflammation markers, hormonal balance, organ function, and overall physiological status. This medical information forms the scientific foundation of our work together.

But numbers alone do not tell the full story.

To deepen the assessment, I incorporate detailed chakra blockage evaluation tools that I have designed specifically for this program. These structured assessments help identify energetic and emotional imbalances that may be contributing to physical symptoms. Together, clinical data and chakra mapping allow us to trace patterns back to their root origin.

Often, clients discover that more than one chakra is affected—indicating that layered healing is necessary. This integrated root-cause map gives us a clear navigational view: where you are today, why you arrived here, and the direction your health may take if nothing changes.

After this comprehensive review, we meet for a one-on-one private session. During this session, I present a personalized framework outlining clear goals and action steps for your first month (Stage 1).

I also provide a structured preview of:

Stage 2 (Months 2–3) and Stage 3- 6 months

Not everyone needs to commit to all stages immediately. However, every individual who enrolls in the Sahila System begins with Stage 1—because clarity is the first step toward true transformation.

The Sahila System™ — 3 Stages of Transformation seen in the client

Stage 1: 4 Weeks — Diagnostic Clarity

This foundational stage is where everyone begins. We identify care gaps, analyze labs and root causes, and establish a structured, personalized roadmap. Ideal for beginners who need clarity, direction, and a strong starting point.

Stage 2: 8–12 Weeks — Active Disease Reversal

This is the implementation phase. Through consistent follow-ups, guided daily sessions, and structured accountability, we begin correcting imbalances and reversing chronic patterns at their root.

Stage 3: 6-Month Private Intensive — Advanced Optimization

Designed for those committed to long-term mastery. This stage focuses on deeper healing, longevity goals, and advanced yogic metric-refining physical, mental, and energetic health for sustainable transformation.

Pillar 2 - Nutritional medicine or Ayurvedic + Anti-inflammatory diet

Despite practicing as an internal medicine physician in the United States for nearly 12 years, I still felt uncertain about one fundamental question: What is truly the best diet for long-term health?

Many of you may not realize this—but in modern medical training, nutrition is never taught and there was no textbook about diet.  During my five years of medical school training in India and throughout my Internal Medicine training here in the United States, we were not taught what foods truly nourish the body, which ones promote healing, or how diet directly influences long-term health outcomes. It often feels as though this enormous pillar of health has been kept in the background intentionally.

I didn’t fully recognize this gap until I began studying Ayurveda out of personal interest. That journey opened my eyes to a deeper, more integrated understanding of how food, digestion, metabolism, and lifestyle work together to shape our health at its core. When I began applying Ayurvedic dietary principles to my own life with modifications that support for anti-inflammatory interventions , I noticed measurable changes—my weight stabilized, my skin improved, my hair became healthier, and my overall body composition shifted. Today, I see similar transformations in the clients who come to me for guidance .

Diet is a powerful and foundational pillar within The Sahila System™. It is taught in depth through the FITNESS 2026 Program, which falls under Pillar 2: Nutritional Medicine.

This is not a generic meal plan or surface-level advice. Inside this program, you receive structured, step-by-step guidance through 15 rules of Sattvic Diet, multiple levels of intermittent fasting—simplified, personalized, and carefully monitored. Each phase is introduced progressively, ensuring safety, clarity, and sustainability based on your individual health markers and goals.

Most importantly, this guidance comes directly from me. There are no outsourced coaches or intermediaries or guidance from half baked assistants.

Now, if you have already implemented the five powerful dietary switches discussed in the podcast tiled-Eating Healthy & exercising, still medical reports look bad?  , the next question becomes:

What else must I do to stay free from chronic disease?

Pillar 3- Embodied Movement or Daily morning Sadhana

After understanding Pillar 1,the next step is committing to daily sadhana—what Ayurveda calls Dinacharya, or daily discipline. Dinacharya is a Sanskrit term meaning “daily routine.” It is a structured system of self-care that aligns your body with natural circadian rhythms. When practiced consistently, it reduces stress, improves digestion, balances hormones, and strengthens both physical and mental resilience.

In my daily “rise with the sun programs" at 7:00 AM EST and 9:00 AM EST via Zoom/In person, I guide participants through a complete morning sadhana that includes:

1-Surya Namaskar or Brahma Namaskar foundational flow to start the day right with right intention.

2-One new pranayama technique each session (building toward mastery of 15 breathing techniques each with specific indications and contraindications)

3-Trataka (candle gazing) to improve focus and mental clarity throughout the day and remove distractions.

4-A guided vinyasa flow or sequence of asanas to improve your flexibility and attention span.

5-Finally settling into meditation for peace and stress-free mindsets which is then carried through the rest of the day.

There are 5 more steps to Dinacharya which are not done on the mat but taught in my program and listed below

1-Oil pulling (Gandusha) with sesame oil each morning to remove accumulated toxins (ama) from the tongue and oral cavity before they circulate through the body.

2-Drinking adequate warm water throughout the day to support digestion and regular bowel movements. Lemon may be added if needed.

3-At least 30 minutes of walking outdoors daily, which supports metabolism, mood regulation, and cardiovascular health (I will dedicate a separate podcast to its many benefits).

4-Abhyanga (self-massage) using sesame oil in winter and coconut oil in summer to nourish the skin, stimulate circulation, and support detoxification.

5-Reducing nighttime stimulation by switching off electronics in the evening and instead reading, practicing gentle face yoga, or spending intentional time with family.

When diet and daily discipline work together, the body becomes remarkably resilient. Chronic disease begin healing from its roots. When this is done with consistency, the transformation is profound.

Pillar 4 -Deep Stress Repair or Evening Strength Training program

Alongside a structured Dinacharya, strength training becomes an essential pillar of long-term health. That is why I have integrated restorative strength yoga into the program—using props such as dumbbells, blocks, chairs, and the wall to safely build muscular strength and stability.

This is not passive stretching. It is intentional conditioning.

Daily strength-based movement ensures that the body is challenged beyond flexibility. It preserves muscle mass, supports bone density, improves metabolic health, and builds the kind of resilience required for longevity. Both Pillar 3 and Pillar 4 incorporates breathwork. Through these strength practices, we strengthen the Annamaya Kosha—the physical body layer.

A real healer knows the layers are deep and beyond physical or annamaya kosha.

Pillar 5- Energy healing via Weekend Advance sessions.

To address the Manomaya Kosha (the mental layer) and the Pranamaya Kosha (the energy layer), I have created what I call Advanced Healing Sessions—designed specifically to support the reversal of chronic disease through deeper energetic alignment.

These weekend longer sessions focus on one chakra at a time. In each session, we select a single foundational posture—such as Tree Pose or Butterfly Pose—and explore it in depth through multiple variations, breath integration, and energetic awareness. We explore nearly 50 such poses over a period of 6 months, delving into the variations of each, some simple and few challenging that will make the seekers come back for more.

This part of energy healing program also incorporates advanced yogic practices including:

Bandhas (energy locks)

Mudras (sacred hand gestures)

Mantras (vibrational sound healing)

Advanced meditation techniques (kriyas)

These tools are designed to activate and harmonize the body’s subtle energy systems while strengthening mental clarity and emotional balance. When the physical body, the mind, and the energy field are trained together, healing becomes multidimensional—and transformation becomes sustainable.

Pillar 6- Final Integration

Now we come to the most subtle and challenging layer: the Vignanamaya Kosha—the intelligence or wisdom body. This layer is where true integration happens. It is not enough to practice Dinacharya, attend morning sadhana, build strength in evening sessions, or participate in advanced weekend healing intensives. The Vijnanamaya Kosha is activated when you assimilate everything you have learned—when knowledge transforms into lived wisdom.

To support this deeper understanding, I have created hundreds of podcasts, blogs, and books. These teachings are designed to help you reflect, question, and internalize the principles—not just practice them mechanically. Developing higher intelligence requires steady, thoughtful learning. It is a gradual process—slow, consistent, and deeply transformative. To make this practice easier I have incorporated Habit Trackers into the Sahila System which helps me monitor your 12 daily habits making you accountable.

As you progress, you begin to master the four foundational layers of the Pancha Koshas, your physical, energetic, mental, and intuitive bodies. With time and discipline, you step into a profound understanding of your own physiology and psychology.

At this stage, you no longer depend blindly on doctors, coaches, or even me. You become deeply attuned to your body. You sense imbalance early. You recognize the subtle signals that precede illness. Your intuition strengthens. Your chakras remain balanced. And when stress or challenges arise, your body and mind are already prepared to respond with clarity, grace, and intelligence.

This is true mastery in yoga.

This is true self-realization.

In this stage, you enter a level of transformation traditionally associated with advanced yogis, sages, and monks—those who have dedicated their lives to mastering the inner dimensions of existence. With structured guidance and disciplined practice, you too can begin accessing this depth of awareness. This is the layer of higher intelligence and inner wisdom—the space from which clarity arises naturally. In fact, every time I write a blog, a book, or record a podcast, I operate from this level of integration and insight.

This wisdom is experiential. It is not borrowed knowledge. It does not rely solely on external validation or research studies. While science explains many aspects of health, this layer goes beyond measurable metrics—it is rooted in lived awareness, direct perception, and deep alignment between body, mind, and consciousness.

Reaching this level does not happen overnight. It may take months, sometimes years, of sincere practice. That is why I have structured my program—the Sahila System—into a practical framework of six pillars and three progressive stages of learning.  At every stage, I guide you step by step, with the ultimate goal of making you the master of your own body, mind, and inner wisdom.
